The Excitement Is Building…

A few words from Mr. Powers, owner of GTCO:

In case of inclement weather GTCO will have a web posting and a phone message out by 8:00 am for classes starting before 3, and again at 2:30 p.m. for our late afternoon and evening classes.   We will make every attempt to have classes, and if you are not comfortable with the weather in your are you may certainly schedule a make-up.

Happy New Year and welcome back

A lot has happened here over the last two weeks  Amibeth has gone back to Toledo to be with family, we wish her the best, and Susie will be leaving the front desk to pursue her work in the medical field.  Our boys room received a much needed makeover and we have cleared out some of the clutter in the gym.  As we look to the new year we are excited about all the new faces we meet and look forward to teaching skills and concepts that will stay with them a lifetime.  Problem solving, critical thinking and testing ones limits make each day and exciting and new challenge for the staff.  We cannot thank you enough for allowing us the opportunity to work with your child and if you ever have any questions please ask the instructor after class, call in or contact Allan directly at  comments@gtcohio.com.    Thank you again for your trust in GTCO and we look forward to working with a great group of children.

Co-Ed tumbling….

Bring as friend to tumbling class. Did you know you can bring a friend to try out our classes?  Yes, simply call ahead and have them sign in as a trial class, make sure we have a signed waiver and information form from the trial students, and they can take the class with you.   Better yet, if they sign up because you brought them in you will receive a $5.00 credit on your next session.  There is no limit to how many friends you can have come in.  The only limiting factor is spaces available in the class.   Remember, if you are looking to learn something special let your instructor know so they can work it into our “typical” rotation.  Happy Holidays and thank you for choosing GTCO to give your performance that little extra that will put you over the top.

It is a great accomplishment to be invited to a Hot Shot camp. Great job girls and keep up the good work.

What is TOPs?

TOPs is a great way to improve your daughter’s gymnastics skills by working strength and flexibility. T.O.P.s (Talent Opportunity Program) is a competitive talent search and educational program for gymnasts ages 7-10. Girls compete in June and July of each year for the chance to compete in Houston, Texas at T.O.P.s Nationals. Girls compete doing handstand holding, press handstands, rope climb, sprinting, vertical jump, leg lifts, cast handstands, splits, and bridges. Training T.O.P.s is a great way to increase strength and flexibility along with improving body awareness which leads to advances in actual gymnastics skills. Currently GTCO offers T.O.P.s Wednesday’s 4:30-7:30 and Saturday 12:00-3:00.

GTCO also has Tiny T.O.P.s; an introduction to T.O.P.s for gymnasts age 4, 5, and 6. This class is on Thursday’s from 1:00 – 2:00 pm. If your daughter is younger than or meets the age requirements for this program and you are interested please contact Coach Amibeth at AmibethTHardy1@hotmail.com.

Did You Know?

Did you know that FUN is the most important part of your child’s learning process? When classes are fun, children associate learning with fun. When children have a good foundation for learning, it has been proven that they are better students later in life. Our Jungle Gym gymnastics not only builds self-confidence, but also builds strong bodies and minds and keeps youngsters fit! The lesson plan for GTCO is set up in progressions and circuits so that the children learn sequences and repetitive gymnastics while having fun! Each station has a purpose and will progress into a real skill later on down the line. For example, when we work on donkey kicks we are really working towards a handstand and when we ‘jump’ over the banana box we are really working towards a cartwheel! An important thing to remember is that each child goes through the same stages of development but at different rates, so some children will progress faster than others. Be patient with your child—they will get it at their own pace. Having fun at the preschool age is the most important thing to teach and will help your child to develop a great foundation for learning! Thank you for being a part of our Jungle Gym program—we are proud of it and know your child will have FUN while learning gymnastics!!

GTCO To Go…..!! Did you know Gymnastics Training Center offers GTCO To Go to our surrounding daycares and preschool organizations?! We bring our
child-size gymnastics equipment and the best instructors in the area to YOUR facility for some giant size fun! The sport of gymnastics is our base and from there we challenge the students physically and mentally. Our program works hand/eye coordination, large muscle skills, and balance and coordination activities. A mix of gymnastics equipment and physical education tools gives the children a head start on the physical requirements needed for grade school. We have conducted classes at Day Academy, Bright Beginnings, and Minds in Motion. The program allows preschools and daycares an active and exciting enrichment class for the children! Everyone involved: kids, parents, teachers, and owners have been thrilled with this service. If you know of someone who has little ones in preschool or daycares and would like to offer this enrichment class to their students, please have them give us a call!
*********************************
GTCO always offers fields trips to many organizations!
These field trips to our facility for an hour become extremely popular when school is out for the summer! We set up obstacle courses, swing on the rope and into the pit, have our inflatable up, and much more!! If you would like to book a field trip for one of your organizations, home school, boy/girl scouts, moms play group, or whatever just stop by the Front Desk or email junglegym@gtcohio.com and we will fix you up!!

Tumbling Has Many Benefits…

The art of tumbling is a unique and fascinating undertaking. It is used in a wide variety of sports such as, dance, cheerleading, gymnastics, diving, and many other extreme sports. It is something that is thrilling to watch; and while executing these skills it gives off a feeling of excitement unlike anything else!

We have been very successful in helping our students learn and acquire specific strength, flexibility, and air awareness that is crucial to executing clean, consistent, and SAFE tumbling. We take into account the goals of our students and help them achieve the tumbling required for their specific sport. To be a successful tumbler, proper and SAFE technique must be taught in a positive environment.

Too many times kids are rushed and not given enough time to perfect the skills leading to mental blocks and injuries. You cannot expect a kid to be a competitive athlete at any sport practicing once a week. In order to become a success, your child must love tumbling and the time spent perfecting it. Multiple sessions throughout the week whether through our classes, clinics, private lessons, or open gym will provide a fresh understanding of the skills being mastered and more enjoyment doing it. Take advantage of all we have to offer! For a list of our tumbling services please visit our website www.GTCOhio.com.

Newsletter Session 2

The Excitement Is Building…

A few words from Mr. Powers, owner of GTCO:

It has been a great week for GTCO and USA gymnastics.  The Volts Cheerleaders of GTCO kicked off the season with Cheer Thrill and it was a great time for all involved.  Cheer Thrill is our way of getting our girls out there and gear back up for another fun year of competition and camaraderie.  At the same time the USA gymnasts were in Tokyo taking the world by storm.  The women took home the team title as well as the individual All Around winner coming from Michigan.  The men continued there climb back to world powerhouse and placed third as a team.  All in all it is shaping up to be a great season of competition and the intangible benefits that come from it.

At GTCO all our programs are designed to help the student obtain the skills necessary to succeed in whatever field they choose.  There are only a handful of Olympians, or University Cheerleaders, so we teach our children the skills necessary to persevere when all seems to be going wrong.   From our Preschool students to our senior athletes the thrill of the challenge and the learning necessary to overcome those obstacles is inherent in our programs.  The critical thinking necessary to perform your first forward roll, is built upon until you are comfortable being thrown in the air and twisting two times while your teammates wait below to catch you.  The athleticism our students come to enjoy instills a life journey of physical activity, but more importantly are the skills to cope with an ever changing world.   We like to think we teach HOPE…

H… hard work

O… optimism our efforts will eventually pay off

P… pride in ones efforts and accomplishments

E…endurance to work through the tough times.

Not an empty HOPE but a pro-active process for attaining ones goals.  Keep an eye out for the successes of our Competitive teams for GTCO and look to the Olympics in London to see how dreams to come true for those who believe in the power of the individual.

Thank you for trusting GTCO staff to instill the qualities that allow everyone to become a winner in their chosen activity.  We look forward to a great session.

Thank you for investing in your child and we look forward to teaching not only Gymnastics or Cheer, but life skills that will stay with them for years to come. Should you have any questions or comments please stop by the front desk or contact me at Comments@gtcohio.com.

CHECK IT OUT:  Tuesday and /or Thursday 8 to 845….JUST Backhandsprings class.   Stop by the front desk for more info.  As the name says it is a Backhandspring focus only class.  As long as you can cartwheel and hold a handstand this class will work for you.

Educational Classes

Our educational programs are for those boys and girls who maybe just starting gymnastics, or someone wishing to keep enjoying the fun of the sport. Gymnastics used to be the basis of all Physical education classes, and for good reason. Our educational class students get a great work-out and the ability to work in a structure that looks to their individual goals for the daily curriculum. If your child has never done gymnastics, wishes to continue but not in competition, or looking at possibly competing, the Educational program and classes are for you. Contact the front desk for more information and available class times. 937-746-2213.

COMPETITION SCHEDULE
Our competition schedule has now been finalized!  We are very excited for the meets we have chosen for our girls.  We will still be attending our favorites, but have also added a couple of new venues as well – St. Louis and Niagara Falls!!  I know this will keep the girls motivated to train and continue preparing for season.  Good luck to all our teams and be sure to check back for results.  Download Schedule (PDF)

Newsletter Session 1

Welcome Back To A Great Start…

Greetings from Mr. Powers, owner of GTCO:

I would like to welcome everyone back from our short break,

During the break we have done some maintenance of the facility, purchased some new equipment and installed ½ of our new HVAC systems.  For those of you who sweated it out the dog days of summer thank you, and we look forward to more effective systems.  A big thank you to the Environmental Doctor for their guidance on our needs.  We will be installing a new 20 ton Air and heat unit for the front half of the gym in late September, and our Lobby should be problem free from now on.

As our older students begin school, we want to remind everyone there are still openings in our GYMKIDZ program.  GYMKIDZ is our Kindergarten readiness program utilizing the gym on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.  It is designed to tackle the energy of our young ones while at the same time preparing the mind for Kindergarten.  State Certified Teacher, Susan Garland and Missy Hart are our instructors and provide a balance of academics and physical exercise to ready the students for school.  Please call the front desk if you are interested.

If you enjoy your classes please tell your friends, it could pay off in FREE GAS.  For a couple more weeks each person you refer that signs up for a class puts you in a drawing for a $50.00 gas card.  Please see the front desk for more info and registration post cards.

Thank you for investing in your child and we look forward to teaching not only Gymnastics or Cheer, but life skills that will stay with them for years to come.   Should you have any questions or comments please stop by the front desk or contact me at  Comments@gtcohio.com.

Girls Gymnastics

—————-Optional Team Girls——————

Every year it amazes me how fast summer flies by.  Can you believe that kids are getting ready to return to school?  Here at GTCO, our optional teams had a great summer of training.  Our girls did a great job staying focussed and getting ready for the upcoming season.  I believe this is going to be one of our strongest seasons yet!

Fall is a time of change.  With the girls returning to school, we will return to evening practices.  Our training also takes on some new challenges.  We will be transitioning from skills training to routine training in order to be ready for our first competition of the season.  I know our girls are up for the challenge of using what they’ve learned through the summer and applying it.  I am so excited to see them accomplish their goals!

Fall Schedule begins Monday, August 22nd
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday:        3:30-7:30 or 4:15-8:15
Saturday        Level 8-10                            7:30-11:30  Level 7                                11:00-3:00

Our first competition of the season will be our home meet, Cartwheels and Pinwheels Invitational.  It will be held in December and we have partnered with Cancer Free Kids again.  It is a great opportunity to see some great gymnastics, but also to support a worthy cause.  If you need more information, please let us know.  We are currently working to complete the meet schedule and will publish that in the next newsletter.

Enjoy all the changes that Fall brings and see you in the gym!

T.O.P.s NEWS

TOPs Season Highlights

As another TOPs season comes to a close I would like to take some time to highlight some of this year’s best performances. Lexi Wynn consistently completed 20 half leg lifts throughout her season and Alicia Fitton successfully attained her goal of 10 presses and a perfect 60 second handstand. The girls worked really hard throughout the season and GTCO is very proud of their efforts. Great Job Alicia and Lexi!

What is TOPs?

Amibeth Hardy TOPS and Hope Director

I would like to start by welcoming all new girls to the T.O.P.s program. T.O.P.s is a great way to improve your daughter’s gymnastics skills by working strength and flexibility. Currently GTCO offers T.O.P.s from 4:30-7:30 Wednesday’s and 12:00 – 3:00 on Saturday’s.

GTCO also has Tiny T.O.P.s; an introduction to T.O.P.s for gymnasts age 4, 5, and 6. This class is on Thursdays from 1:00 – 2:00pm. If your daughter is younger than or meets the age requirements for this program and you are interested please contact Coach Amibeth at AmibethTHardy1@hotmail.com.

Newsletter Session 6

Welcome To Summer…

an update from Mr. Powers, owner of GTCO:

I am currently in 40 degree Alaska, but it seems summer hit GTCO with a vengeance, 90.  Remember we are fully air conditioned and it has never rained in the gym in our 20 yrs. of business.  So on the rainy days, or preparing for those rainy days, keep us in mind.  On Tuesday we have Jungle Exploration for our 3 to 6 yr. olds, and on Sunday we have Study Hall for our students 6 and older.  These times are for independent work on perfecting skills or simply doing a fun skill you like.  It is supervised, not instructed, and students should not try new skills.

Prepare for fall now, easy to say from here in Denali where there is a “nice breeze” as they say.  GYMKIDZ is a three hour program that runs Monday Wednesday and/or Friday.  It is all the fun and learning that every Preschool should be.   Susan Garland and Missy Hart provide fun and challenging activities for the body and mind of our Pre-K students.  Jungle gym will be hosting the Crazy carnival Camp in August, always a good time and a chance for your child to meet a few more of our excellent instructors.  And it is never too early to start planning for that next big tumbling run and cheer try-outs.  We have classes for the individual or whole squad.  Contact the front desk for information on whole squad floor time; we work hard to keep our pricing the most attractive in the area.

With so much to do summer will once again fly by.  Enjoy your summer and plan for fall now see Dona, Tami or Susie at the front desk to insure your child continues to learn and progress to their fullest capability.

Scooters, Skateboards, Blades & Bikes

As we roll into summer we prepare for the inevitable scrapes, bumps, and bruises.  What drives our young ones to endure these set backs and keep wanting to go farther or faster?

This spirit of adventure is what makes us great.  Fostering that spirit and training the body is what makes gymnastics great for us.  Gymnastics, once the basis of physical education, is the ultimate activity for everyday life.  Properly instructed gymnastics provides agility, balance and confidence in our children.  These A,B,C’s transcend the sport itself and allow the participants to excel in other sports besides gymnastics.  The spatial awareness, flexibility, strength, power and mental acuity encouraged by gymnastics springboards its participants ahead in most all areas of athletics and academics.

Today’s competitive environment demands more and more of our children.  The lessons of gymnastics can begin as early as a child’s first step.  The sense of satisfaction and accomplishment is readily seen in a 20-month-old who walks that beam for the first time.  The thrill of swinging like Tarzan on a rope is forever etched in a four-year-old boy’s mind.  Pre-school gymnastics, ages 2 years to 6 years, is the best activity to prepare your child not only for boards, blades and bikes, but for life lessons for years to come.  Gymnastics is much more than something to be in awe of once every four years during the Olympics.

Spring is not quite here yet…

GTCO realizes it could be a few more weeks before we can actually get out and enjoy the weather, so we make it easier for you to get your kids off the couch and into the gym.  On Sundays from 7:00pm to 8:00pm we open up so our students, ages 7 and older, can come in and work on perfecting their skills.  On Tuesdays from 12 noon to 1:30 we open up the JungleGym for our students six and under to express themselves in the gym and provide us insight into what skills and stations they enjoy.  Each session is $10.00 dollars payable at the door, it’s also open to the general public.  We have an instructor to

Allan Powers, Owner of GTCO

monitor the gym; they will not spot or teach new skills.  These times are an opportunity to get off the couch, enjoy working skills you individually wish to do, and enjoy some fun gym time with you friends.

Try-outs are right around the corner and there is no time like the present to get in and polish, or learn some new tumbling skills.  Our three complete spring floors, trampolines and power zones make all your cheer skills come easier and look better.  Contact the front desk to secure your spot now.

Newsletter Session 3

happy new yearWelcome 2011…..

Over the break we moved some space around the lobby to make it easier on the parents, now we look forward to moving our students on to bigger and better cheer, tumbling and gymnastics skills. We look forward to starting another twenty years of serving the Miami Valley’s gymnastic and cheer needs. We have no scheduled days off this session, so let’s hope for some co-operative weather, and things should run smooth for a full eight weeks. Should the weather not co-operate we use Franklin and Springboro schools as our guide; if either is closed for bad weather, GTCO will be closed as well. Afternoon and evening classes should call (937-746-2213) in for updates on their classes, as circumstances often improve as the day goes on. GTCOHIO.com and our Facebook page will also carry weather related updates.

Do you have friends that may be interested in attending? Check at the front desk for special offers that can save you and your friends some money. We will continue to work to provide not only the best instruction in the area, but also a comfortable and workable lobby for you the parents. Thank you again for your confidence in GTCO and we look forward to exceeding expectations in 2011.

Ahhhhh Fall,

The recent chill in the air, the normalcy of school schedules and the search for something fun to do, autumn is definitely here. GTCO would like to thank you for choosing us in the education of your child.  Whether this is your first experience, or your 101st (it’s possible we have been in business over 20 years) we look forward to challenging your child and watching them grow in confidence and pride in their abilities.  GTCO uses gymnastics to bolster a child’s belief in themselves, and the understanding that although difficult at times, perseverance and effort are well worth the effort.   Gymnastics is our tool to enriching the child’s life and exposing them to life lessons.   From as simple as teaching a child how to fall safely, to a more complex thought process and step by step dissection of skills that become a standard way of dealing with difficult situations. Concentration, and patience are a necessary offshoot of gymnastics at any level.  We thank you for you choosing GTCO and we value your input.  Please feel free to fill out our comment cards at the front desk, your comments can only make us better. You may also mail us at comments@gtcohio.com, or leave a message at the front desk for and instructor to talk with you.  Your comments, added to others before you, help us to continue to be the premiere gymnastics, tumbling and cheer facility in this area.  As we head into a busy fall, winter and spring, new program ideas and comments will help us continue to provide excellent programs for our community, and our future.

CO-ED TUMBLING

Oh the stress of Cheerleading try-outs…..don’t get caught in the same boat next year.  Start preparing now with new goals and energy in the tumbling class.  Tumbling classes are a great way to break the bounds of gravity.  Our trampolines and pits make learning a blast.  Our tumbling classes are divided into Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced. Please do not sign up for an Advanced class hoping that it will make the student work harder.  Often times it is too intimidating for an intermediate tumbler to work with those at a much higher level than themselves.  Intimidation leads to fear and often a loss of skills and a frustration that makes the student feel inferior and wish to quit, when in reality if they were in a different class they would progress quicker, have more fun, feel better about their ability and end up tumbling at a higher level faster. If you feel you are in the wrong class please stop by the desk to verify the program you are in. If a class has no designation, (Beginner or Advanced) then it is suitable for a wide range of tumblers form beginner to intermediate.  For some last minute tuning up, you may want to stop by the front desk and fill out a form for a Private Lesson or two. Thank you for choosing GTCO for you tumbling needs, and if you have a specific skill you would like to learn please let the instructor know, and we will try to fit it into our lesson plans.

GIRLS EDUCATIONAL

Bring as friend to tumbling class. Did you know you can bring a friend to try out our classes?  Yes, simply call ahead and have them sign in as a trial class, make sure we have a signed waiver and information form from the trial students, and they can take the class with you.   Better yet, if they sign up because you brought them in you will receive a $5.00 credit on your next session.  There is no limit to how many friends you can have come in.  The only limiting factor is spaces available in the class. We hope every class brings new challenges and successes that keep you smiling and eager to attend all year long.

GYMKIDZ @ GTCO

GymKidz PictureWe had a great first year of Extended Stay Gymnastics! It is amazing how much each and every student learned. We spent time playing and having a great time in the gym, jumping on the trampolines and in the inflatable, building pit forts and learning how to skip, jump rope and play kick ball. Having the ability to utilize the space in the gym allowed us to break up the educational portions which in turn really helped each student focus on our activities involving letters, numbers, reading and math concepts! I think all the kids increased their knowledge in all areas. By the end of the year, all our students we very confident with all we had learned. A big thank you to the families that joined us this year. We couldn’t have done it without you!

For anyone that may be interested in joining us for the 2010-2011 Gymkidz program we are now accepting enrollment. Please call or stop by the gym for more information. Looking forward to another fantastic year!

A Story from coach Peggy…
SPORTSMANSHIP–WHAT IS THE ULTIMATE LESSON WE ARE TEACHING OUR ATHLETES?
Every once and a while, we all need a reminder of the bigger picture. It is easy to get wrapped up in the trivial details of life, that make our day exhausting. It has been our experience that this is especially easy to do when you or your child is heavily involved in a sport. To illustrate my point, I would like to share a story that made national headlines last year.

In a collegiate softball game, Sara Tucholsky of Western Oregon University hit her first career home run. As she headed to second base Sara realized she had made a major mistake. She missed the first base bag! As she started back to tag first base she collapsed to the dirt with
a knee injury. On her hands and knees, she made it back to first base but couldn’t advance any
further.
There was a decision to be made. The umpire said that if her teammates helped her she would be called out. However, the coach could put in a pinch runner and the homerun would be ruled a single. Not knowing the extenuating circumstances, the women of the Central Washington
University softball team chose to display what some consider an unbelievable act of sportsmanship.
Teammates So Holtman and shortstop Liz Wallace lifted up Tucholsky and carefully carried her around the bases, allowing her to touch each bag with her good leg. Tucholsky’s homerun sent Western Oregon University to a 4-2 win. This victory ended Central Washington’s chances of winning the conference and advancing to the playoffs.
In the end, it is not about winning and losing so much,. Holtman said, It was about this girl. She hit it over the fence and was in pain, and she deserved a home run. I think this is a great example of how important it is to teach our athletes humility and compassion. GTCO gymnasts are known in the gymnastics community as hardworking, talented and all around good kids. Lets remember the bigger picture, the next time we may be quick to worry about what someone else is score or placement. As gymnasts, coaches, parents and supporters…we are all on the same team.

GTCO open house image

Happy Birthday to GTCO!!!

Twenty years in business and still going strong!  We want to thank you and all who were involved in our twenty years for the time you allow us to work with your children.  As much as the programs offer your children through the mental and physical challenges, we believe we as instructors receive as much in return.  The thrill of teaching and instructing never gets old. I personally take great pride in providing caring and knowledgeable instructors for your children to learn from.  If you have a few moments to talk to the instructors after class, or write a quick note on our face book or Blog please do so.  It is invigorating for our instructors to hear how much fun it is for the students and how the skills are transferring to activities outside the gym.

With the beginning of the fall session we are re-branding our entry-level program to JUNGLE GYM.  It is lively and exciting groupings for our early childhood education programs.  Same focus on Physical Development through gymnastics and tumbling skills, with fun and easily identifiable animal groupings.  JUNGLE GYM is the continued evolution of our program to provide our local talent with a high quality movement education program to begin a Cheer, Gymnastics or other sports related activity.

On August 13th we had our twentieth year open house with many former athletes and parents in attendance.  It was a great time and I would like to thank everyone who attended.  Old friends, new friends and the promise of future friends, has made our journey hardly seem like twenty years.  The business has changed throughout the years, but the goal remains the same.. Teach our athletes the value of hard work, setting goals, and the skills that will allow them  not only to succeed in the sport of their choice, but in the larger life circumstances.  It is a lofty goal, but the past has taught us that the tools we provide our students today, equip them well for an ever changing world that demands critical thinking, and confidence.  As we celebrate our past we look forward to the challenges of the future and preparing the next generation of champions in the Miami Valley.

Tumbling

Spots are filling quickly.  If you are interested in tumbling with your squad or friends, contact us soon, as we are experiencing high volume of calls for tumbling instruction.  Our custom designed facility with resi and foam pits, as well as a variety of mat and floor surfaces, has made us very successful in helping thousands achieve their tumbling goals.

Schools are welcome to contact us for time on our 54 x 42 spring loaded cheer floor, to help aid in training the harder skills without some of the injuries to repetitions on a hard floor.  Contact our office for available times and prices.

Optional Team

Now that summer is winding down, it is time to reflect on all the hard work (and some fun!) that we enjoyed this summer. Our optional team is looking great and is gearing up for the new season ahead. We are looking forward to getting our skills organized into routines, building endurance and perfecting our gymnastics. It truly is amazing to watch these young girls grow and mature everyday.

For those of you that do not have the opportunity to see all the talent here at GTCO, please be sure to stop by on August 13th during our open house and see everything that we have to offer. All of our teams will be putting on an exhibition to showcase what they do best.

Also, December 11-12, 2010, we are hosting our 2nd annual Cartwheels and Pinwheels competition, featuring boys and girls competitive teams level 4 through 10. This will be our season’s kick off competition and we are so excited! Our home meet also supports a great organization – Cancer Free Kids. Please check out our website www.gtcohio.com for further information.

Finally, We would like to wish a special good luck to our 3 graduating seniors this year. As they pack and prepare for the college life that lies ahead, I hope that they will take with them all that they have learned here at GTCO. Alayna Eben will be attending Northern Illinois University and continuing on her path to gymnastics excellence. She will also be pursuing a degree in Education. Julie Condit will be continuing her education at Northern Kentucky University. And Katie Chamberlain is pursuing a nursing career. The coaching staff wishes you ladies all the best.
